New Horizons Sydney, Australia hosted our third winner of the 35th Anniversary Sweepstakes. Raya Zaharieva, a woman from Sofia, Bulgaria, travelled over 20 hours to The Harbor City to attend a 3-day ITIL Foundations class at our Sydney location. Zaharieva stated that she was worried about not understanding everything because it was my first time studying abroad with people who spoke a different language to me than Bulgarian. All my fears were dispelled when I arrived at the center and met the people there. Everything was well-organized and I felt very at home. Simon, the teacher, was very kind to us and made the course enjoyable and engaging.” Raya and her sister were made to feel right at home by our Australian team. First stop: a welcome drink at Sydney Opera House Bar, followed by some sightseeing around the famous Harbor City.
