Intellectual Property Articles
Intellectual property, in its most contemporary context, evolved almost in consonance with the establishment of the World Intellectual Property Organization in 1967. As early as October 1845, however, there has already been a documented use of the term intellectual property when it appeared in a patent case ruling in Davoll et al. v. Brown. The articles in this section are all about intellectual property and the concerns pertaining to it.
