Which MCSE should I choose?
The MCSE: Communications (Lync), credential shows that you have the core skills necessary to manage Lync Server 2013 infrastructure. This advanced Lync Server certification confirms your unified communication (UC) expertise in creating consistent communications experiences for your organization.
The MCSE: Communication certification validates that you can plan, design, deploy and manage Lync Server 2013 in an environment with legacy services and Lync Online. It validates your ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture for a UC solution and design.

The MCSE: Messaging Exchange credential validates your abilities and skills in managing an Exchange 2013 infrastructure. It also allows you to secure SharePoint deployments and create web applications. The MCSE: SharePoint certification proves that you are able to plan, upgrade and migrate SharePoint installations.
