The scope of your project is usually set from the beginning. However, it is foolish to assume that it will never change. You will need to manage the changes that occur in your project’s scope.

5. Short Tasks
It can be tedious and time-consuming to put together a project plan. It’s tempting to include lengthy tasks in your plan, such as ‘testing’.
This can be detrimental in the long-term as it makes it difficult to track progress if your tasks are lengthy. There is a chance that someone in the team will tell you that everything is going well, but it’s only then that you realize that it’s too late.
You can pick up any slippage quickly and do something about it.
